“I was asked this question a lot while attending my third GROW conference: "Why do you like it so much?" I'm definitely not shy when I talk about GROW. With so many eCommerce conferences around, this one continues to be one of my favorites, and here's why:

1) It’s intentional. GROW creates a curated conference, keeping vendor numbers low & bringing in brands that you love. I had the chance to hear from Andie, Boll & Branch, Jones Road, Sol de Janeiro & so many more that I look up to.

2) It's applicable. Surrounded by other brands in a similar position (or just ahead of us), I come away with strategies that I can actually take back & test; I walk away with a real to-do list.

3) It’s real. There is much more opportunity to have conversations with other brands & providers that go deeper
than a quick elevator pitch. I am inspired by their stories & the networking never feels forced. And I make friends
